A 280-room business hotel in Noida cleans roughly 38,000 square feet of public-area hard floor every twenty-four hours. R2's job description

R2 is the workhorse — a neutral-pH, low-foam, hard-surface concentrate. It mops, it sprays, it goes into the auto-scrubber. It does not pit marble, it does not haze laminate, it does not trigger a slip incident on vitrified tiles when used at the SOP dilution. The Taski colour code says green, the trainer says "use this on everything that is not bathroom or kitchen". For two decades the answer has been R2.

What changes with U2

UCLIPSE U2 Multipurpose Cleaner shares the same chemistry slot — neutral pH (around 7.2 to 7.4), low-foam non-ionic surfactant blend, polymer-based anti-resoiling. It runs the same 1:20 to 1:100 dilution band, the same auto-scrubber compatibility, the same surfaces.

A small interlude on foam

Auto-scrubbers and foam do not mix. Too much foam in the recovery tank trips the float switch, the scrubber stops, the housekeeping captain swears, the next pass is delayed. We tuned U2's foam profile lower than the typical "premium" multipurpose cleaner because most premium cleaners are still built for hand-mopping. If your property still hand-mops, U2 is fine.
